My family has known Dino for a long time, but I have not lived in the Berkshires for over 15 years. Knowing we wouldn't be able to make a trip out to stay with family this Christmas, I called Dino to help me put together a special Grandmother's Ring for my mom. He worked with me over the phone, sent me photos, and got the ring ready in time! We were able to present it to her today during a nice impromptu outdoor visit! I usually only purchase vintage and estate jewelry, but fell in love with ring posted on Lennox Jewelers FB page. In person the ring was absolutely stunning and although I almost purchased it, I knew I wouldn't totally be happy because it was a bit large in scale for my hand.
